I journaled for three months straight, here's what I learnt
The real takeaway isn't journaling itself, nor the reflections you'll do, those are just side effects. The real takeaway for me was learning to be constant.
Another pattern I noticed is that: when you actually want to journal, your thoughts come out better. Sitting down with a piece of paper or an.md file forces them into a shape they didn't had before, I would say.
So, my conclusion is that: if you journal enough, you'll become a grandmaster of allocating time for things you actually care about. And, to me, that's the most valuable lesson.
